Outside my window: snow; cold, bored couples taking pictures; police on ATVs?
On my walk to/from work: buses sliding to and fro; car driving the wrong way down a one way street; people huddled around bus stops looking, always looking, up the block.

Baby Update: Midwife says I'm healthy and the baby is in a good position with a good heartbeat.
John Update: No fish caught last weekend but it was beautiful out and they saw lots of wildlife; online gaming very much like that South Park episode (except for the gross parts - well, most of them); working long, hard hours and hating rollers.

You don't make our life sound exciting enough. Spice it up. What about the time we captured the bank robbers, or engaged in space combat with extraterrestrials? Don't hold back.
I agree with John. You're a writer, remember? What doesn't actually happen... make up! You could always write about the thrilling, exciting rocks you work with. You can't tell me they are ALL quartz!
